I’ll welcome you into my soul space, my home by the sea.
Feel the peace, the energy, allowing yourself to fully immerse into being yourself.
Release all that is holding you back through gentle exercise and stretching, gentle energy release through breathwork, and writing.
Finish the day with a personal oracle card reading and a gentle Reiki energy healing session to recharge you, get ready to be unstoppable!
These are personalised small group sessions with a maximum of 3 people to ensure you have the very best experience possible. ❤️
BONUS 1: At the end of the day, we can also top it off with an invigorating Aromatherapy Private Sauna Session with Wild Scottish Sauna and a cold water dip in the sea too! 🔥🌊 (Optional and subject to availability)
